The first property we ever bought was a for-sale-by-owner, so we really didn't know what a realtor would do for us. We worked with Andrew off and on over several years trying to find the right house for us. He was NEVER pushy, he just kept in contact with us and checked in with us every couple of months. Then, when we were serious and ready to start searching for a new home, he was there for us. I felt bad that it took us so long to find a home, but he was so patient. I had no idea all the work Andrew did on our behalf, and he was there every step of the way from the showing, inspection, closing and a follow-up with us. This transaction was so much less work on our part than our first home purchase (for-sale-by-owner). Andrew is very knowledgeable and we were and are very pleased with how everything went. We look forward to working with him again and referring our friends to him!
