Andrew Kolars has been in the Top 10% for sales and Top 10 overall in the Realty Executives Midwest Region from 2008 to present.


I was born in Mankato and spent the majority of my childhood in the greater Mankato Area. I graduated from Mankato Loyola High School in 1993 and then moved to Arizona to attend college and live with my brother Jeremy.

After college I came back to Mankato seeking the comfort of home and employment. I was employed within the Taylor owned company Carlson Craft for over five years and then went on to sell radio advertisements for the Linder Radio Group, which owns 15+ stations throughout the state.

Recruited and mentored by a former radio client, I began a career in Real Estate in early 2002 and received an award as Director’s Club Member for outstanding achievement in 2003. After making the move to Realty Executives in 2007, I found continued success by maintaining meaningful relationships and keeping in touch with past clients. I was fortunate enough to be named the top selling individual agent in my office in 2007 and 2008 as well as being recognized in the top 10% for sales and TOP 10 overall in the Realty Executives Midwest Region from 2008 to present.

I continue to serve on the Board of Directors, Governmental Affairs, Professional Standards and other committees at the Realtor’s Association of Southern Minnesota. I have also volunteered my time to help coach youth basketball, football, high school track meets and assist with children’s programs at my church. During my personal time I love playing my acoustic guitar, spending time with family and playing golf whenever time allows. I married my beautiful and loving wife Emily in June of 2001 and we have two daughters, Mara and Kylie.
